Memories from 10years ago. Flash our old horse loved the dogs, and they loved him back. He was Asterix biggest fan, always watching him do laps chasing after his lure machine, occasionally they would run a lap together.
Unfortunately we lost Flash in 2020, after a neighbour a few properties down, had 3 pigging dogs get out and got into our yard to attack and maul Flash. They almost removed his front leg, tore his throat and left bite marks over his body. We spent 4 weeks trying to save him, but in the end we couldn't as his injuries were to great.
It was a horrific day, a child visiting was almost caught up in the attack, the dogs also went after my dad and another neighbour while they tried to save our horse.
