As of Saturday 1 August, Riding for the Disabled Association of South Australia officially became Equilus.
While our name has changed, our purpose has not ❤️
For more than 50 years, horses have helped people discover confidence, capability, connection, and possibility. That mission remains at the heart of everything we do. Our new name reflects who we are today and the future we are building, while honouring the remarkable legacy of all that has shaped our organisation over the past five decades.
For our participants, families, volunteers, supporters, and partners, it’s business as usual. We remain the same organisation, with the same Board, the same dedicated team and volunteers, and the same commitment to delivering life-changing horse-supported services.
Only our name has changed. Everything that matters about who we are and what we do remains the same. You don’t need to do anything differently.
