Good afternoon everyone, so it’s been 5 weeks today that I had my spinal fusion surgery and I saw my specialist today. He is extremely happy on how the surgery went and on how my recovery is going. I would say for the first time in almost 2 years I am 95% pain free which is so good. I see my vascular surgeon in 3 weeks to see how he thinks I doing.

I maybe recovering from my surgery but I still managed to make homemade tomato soup topped off with a bit of shredded cheese and bacon bits 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🐾🐶🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Just 2 weeks ago I was lying in hospital after having the spinal fusion surgery and the recovery ❤️‍🩹 is going slow but well. Nurse Bella is looking after me extremely well and I can’t thank my darling wife Elaine for all that she has done for me and everything she is doing for me while I’m recovering 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🐾🐶🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
