Finding Lola

DAY 14: LOLA IS HOME 🫶 we actually can't believe it... here's the story:
Cal recieved a call this morning at 11:19 am from a lady saying she found Lola (he was in disbelief, but it was her), she found her on the Walcott street side of kyilla park.. it's where busy farmers markets are on untill 11 am on Saturday morning. ..

The lady said she was just there on the corner of the street, but she went to her still. So Lola clearly wasn't in flight mode, she had clearly been fed, she had clearly been looked after, she just miraculously popped up...

As soon as Lola saw Cal, Lola was happy and tail was spinning like a helicopter. In cals words, "started licking me to death".

I got home from work, to a greeting from Lola running straight out to me. It was a feeling I was starting to lose hope we would get.

I don't know what set it off.. I didn't even post a day 13 update as I was feeling miserable. But between everyone sharing posts, putting up flyers, Cal was also on the radio this morning on Sonshine FM so maybe the right person heard Lolas story at the right time... and decided it was time for her to go home.

Lola is happy, Lola is well, that's all that matters at this time. She's back home with her favourite ball.

Day 12: LOLA IS STILL MISSING. Lola was shared today by Perth Now, and lots more community members of Perth. The word is definitely spreading now that someone likely has our Lola, and that we are trying our absolute hardest to find her and bring her back to her family.

Please bring it up in conversation with your friends, family and locals at the coffee shops, parks, pet shops you go to.. you never know who may know something and be able to help find her.

Any information helps, thank you all who have been helping scout the area she was last seen, the many who offered to print out and put up posters, or been sending us photos of similar looking dogs. We're still looking out for you Lola on every walk and every drive.

I hope Lola is safe wherever she is, but we know she'd be happier here with us.

We simply want Lola home, NO questions asked.. it's never too late. LARGE CASH REWARD OFFERED.

Day 11: LOLA IS STILL MISSING. I think its safe to say, we're running out of words to write, but we're not running out of hope.

It's been a big day, with more helpful clues and meeting up with even more people of the community who have offered to help distribute posters in their local areas, and offering lovely words of advice. A few photos shared of other cavoodles that look so similar to Lola, but sadly not her. And the missing molly's team on background support and extra socials support. We also had shares from some public figures, so this means word keeps spreading and there's more eyes out looking for Lola.

We will find you Lola, there's so many of us searching for you near and wide.

Please continue to look out someone with a 'new' dog, who also may own a blue/dark SUV, and may have been on Charles street Sat 5th April.

DAY 10: LOLA IS STILL MISSING. Double digits without our Lola, it's time you come home to your family. 10 days of searching for her, 10 days of community rallying to help us search, 10 days of walking your scent trail in hopes you miraculously walk back home..

If you have seen Lola, tell us, we know there's people out there who know something.

If you know where Lola is, do the right thing and bring her home.

The awareness is spreading far and wide. We have been receiving leads of which we are looking into. We're so grateful for the community sharing information, providing tips and helping us get closer to Lola. If you see anything, a photo or video will help identify her too.

DAY 9: LOLA IS STILL MISSING. Monday blues hits a lot harder without little Lola jumping onto our bed when the alarm goes off to snuggle in. But these past mornings have not been as bright and filled with lots of thoughts wondering where our Lola is waking up..

More flyers were put up last night in community spots in the Yokine/Coolbinia/Dianella areas. Some amazing community members put up more flyers in other surrounding areas, while others scouted for more places where footage may be obtainable. Thanks heaps to those who keep calling/messaging us and tagging us in posts whenever there is a cavoodle found, just in case it's her. I know we all want it to be her next.

DAY 8: LOLA IS STILL MISSING. It's been over a week since we had our furbaby home.. We're missing her cuddles, her happy tail wags when we get home and her super fast zoomies after her squeaky ball at the dog park.

We brought Lola over with us from Sydney, 3 months ago when we relocated here in Perth. We never thought in our wildest dreams that time with her would be taken from us.

Today was filled with lots of posters up with the help of lovely people from the community that has continued to rally so hard for Lolas return. And many wonderful community members trying to help us piece together any extra information from the day of that may help us track her down. We're so ever thankful of every message of support and letting us know you have your eyes out for Lola wide across Perth.

Some of your messages have sparked our thoughts that if someone has her they may groom her to look different, so these photos today are Lola across her various (and one terrible) haircuts since we had her as a puppy. Please keep a look out for her lil face, we miss her so dearly.

DAY 7: LOLA IS STILL MISSING. Today we searched high and low, my husband and I put up more flyers North of the River- we also spent hours driving around South of the River in Carlisle/kwedale/Riverdale areas looking for a dog that matched lolas description as posted in a Belmont community page. Please keep your eyes out in ALL areas of Perth, she could be anywhere as she very likely was taken.

Footage from the local church reveal no Lola sightings walking past within the hours of her disappearance- further fueling suspicions that she was taken. If you have any footage (cctv, dashcam) please let us know, as anything helps 🙏

We had other family members driving around searching and door knocking. We met up at the dog park Lola loves this afternoon, with a thermal drone and people of the community, door knock and missing molly's owner provided us some support and strength to continue looking.

We are determined to bring Lola home - we will not stop searching, no matter what. If you see something, please continue to tell us. It all helps add the pieces together and find Lola ❤️

DAY 6: LOLA IS STILL MISSING. Lola has still not returned home to her family and we have no new sightings that we can confirm are her.

3 lovely cavoodles today seem like they have returned home after getting lost, we are glad the community has their eyes out for all lost pups. We're hoping Lola is the next one.

Today we spoke to the radio 6PR, they approached me to discuss what happened and the potential that she has been been taken.. we have continued to put up flyers, put some in letter boxes - my lovely neighbour, cousins and aunties have between all of them printed up like 150 more to keep spreading her gorgeous face far and wide.

We just want Lola home NO questions asked.

We are determined to get you home to us lil girl, Lola, where ever you are please come home ❤️

Lola’s owners are asking the public to keep a lookout on marketplaces, with fears her disappearance may be a result of foul play.
