Looking to skip the puppy stage? 👀

We have a mature male Australian Shepherd who will be looking for the perfect forever home soon, so if you think that may suit you please feel free to reach out and we can provide some more information.

Otherwise we will post more about him here in the coming few weeks 😊

A bit late but we are very proud of our new Australian Champion and the very first for our prefix. Enzo can now be known as:

𝗖𝗛 𝗢𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗧𝗼 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗔𝘁 𝗢𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘆𝗲

And he did it picking up a lovely 12pt BOB and shortlisted for BIS at the WDC of WA show on 2nd May at 12months old. He has also picked up another 4 x BOB in good numbers and a BIG4 from his last 4 shows.

A massive thank you to Belinda (and Samantha & Amy) for their help showing Enzo earlier in the year while we had our litter of puppies.

And thank you B&M Design Studio for the great ad as always!

As the weather warms up you might be tempted to shave or clip down your Australian Shepherd to keep them cool.

STEP AWAY FROM THE CLIPPERS!

Science has proven that double coated (guard or top coat and undercoat which is fluffy and soft) breeds should not be clipped down but should instead be kept throughly brushed to remove the dead undercoat. The undercoat is vital in keeping your Australian Shepherd warm in the winter AND cool in the summer. If you shave them, they’re unable to regulate their heat naturally which makes them more susceptible to heat stroke and sunburn to the skin.

Instead, grab a regular metal comb and “line comb” the dog to remove dead undercoat. Go slowly.. line by line down to the skin. This will help your dog keep itself cooler and reduce shedding in your home!

We are very excited to announce we are expecting our second ‘Oshara’ litter, one that has been in the works for a while and we are very excited about!

𝗖𝗛 𝗪𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗺𝗮 𝗠𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘆 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝘂𝗺 - ‘𝘽𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙮’
x
𝗦𝗨𝗣 𝗖𝗛 𝗢𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘆𝗲 𝗕𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 - ‘𝙀𝙩𝙨𝙮’

A huge thank you to Tim & Belinda of ‘Ochaye’, without their support, guidance and bloodlines, none of this would be possible. We are incredibly grateful to you both.

And thank you to Caitlyn & Helen for allowing us to use your beautiful Bundy over Etsy! We can’t wait to see what they produce.

Puppies due early/mid April, PM or email [email protected] for enquiries!
