🐾 Perth to Christchurch ✈️

Meet Atlas and Holly!

Two of the most gorgeous senior dogs we have had the absolute pleasure of caring for recently. A handsome German Shepherd x Border Collie x Kelpie boy and a beautiful Irish Setter girl, both 12 years young and absolutely full of life and love. 🐶🐶💛

We actually met Atlas and Holly a few weeks before their big journey when they visited us at All Care headquarters to collect their travel crates and honestly, from that very first meeting they had us completely smitten. We could not wait to see them again.

On the morning of travel we collected these two beautiful seniors and took care of everything. Their final veterinary appointment, DAFF government endorsement and all the paperwork needed for their international journey.

After their appointments Atlas and Holly spent the rest of the day with us at headquarters. Soaking up all the love, attention and cuddles we could give before we lodged them that evening for their direct Air New Zealand flight from Perth to Auckland.

After clearing customs in Auckland, these two adventurers continued on with Air New Zealand for the final leg of their journey down to Christchurch, where their new life in the South Island was waiting.

We were so honoured to be part of their next chapter. 🐾💛

Atlas and Holly, we have a feeling you two are going to love every single moment of your new adventure together. We miss you already.

🐰 Yes, we transport rabbits too!

We get asked this a fair bit and the answer is always yes! Rabbits travel in specially modified crates to meet airline requirements and just like their Guinea Pig friends, they are one of the few animals required to travel with food. 🥕🌿

Swipe through to see what a modified rabbit travel crate actually looks like and yes, it is as adorable as it sounds. 🐰📦

If you love them, we will get them there. That goes for cats, dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits and everything in between. 💛

Since 2005 we have been the personal, attentive option for animal loving families and no animal is too big, too small or too fluffy. 🐾

🐾 Perth to Copenhagen!✈️

Meet Sal! A beautiful seven year old brown and white Border Collie who recently made the journey from Perth, Western Australia all the way to Copenhagen, Denmark with Emirates. 🐶💛

Sal's journey began with her final veterinary appointment where we met her to make sure every last detail was perfectly in order before her big Scandinavian adventure. 🩺📋✅

After her vet appointment Sal spent the day with us at All Care soaking up all the love, attention and cuddles our team could give before the big night ahead. She was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with. 💛🐾

That evening we lodged this gorgeous girl for her Emirates flight from Perth. Travelling through Dubai where she had an overnight transit stop to rest before continuing on to Copenhagen the following day. ✈️🌍

At the Copenhagen end, our wonderful partner Jonas Pedersen at N.A. Nissen Spedition & Transport ApS took care of all customs clearance requirements, making sure Sal's arrival into Denmark was as smooth and seamless as possible. Having the right people on the ground at both ends of a journey like this means everything. 💛

Sal, Copenhagen is absolutely going to love you. We hope you are already out exploring those beautiful Danish streets with that gorgeous Border Collie energy. 🌿🏙️🐾

🐾 Moving to Australia? Don't Leave Your Pet Behind. 🇦🇺

Part 2 — Understanding the RNATT: The Test That Shapes Everything 🩺

If you are planning to bring your dog or cat to Australia from a Group 3 country or if you are an Australian taking your pet overseas — this carousel is for you. 💛

There is one test that shapes your entire import journey into Australia. The Rabies Neutralising Antibody Titre Test. The RNATT. 🩺

This MUST be completed in an approved country.

Get this right and everything flows. Get it wrong and the clock resets — sometimes by 6 months or more. Swipe through to understand exactly what it is, why it matters, and what you need to know before you start.

🩺 What the RNATT is and why Australia requires it
⏰ The all-important 180-day rule — and why this is the step that causes pets to be left behind
📅 How to time the RNATT correctly to avoid costly delays
📋 Why identity verification must be completed before anything else — and how it can reduce your pet's quarantine from 30 days to 10 days
🇦🇺 A special note for Australian pets heading overseas who plan to return — and the ACDP option that could save you 180 days
⚠️ What happens if the RNATT fails — and why working with an experienced agent from the very beginning matters so much.

Stay tuned for Part 3 — the full Group 3 step-by-step timeline, from microchip to Mickleham. 👀🐾

Sydney -- London -- Tel Aviv! 🇦🇺🇬🇧🇮🇱✈️

Meet Cleopatra 🐾🐶 a stunning English Pointer who recently made the journey from Sydney, Australia to Tel Aviv, Israel.

Cleopatra's adventure began in Sydney, flying with Qantas with a fuel stop in Singapore before touching down at London Heathrow, where the journey was far from over! From London, she continued on to her final destination of Tel Aviv, Israel where her very excited owner was waiting to welcome her to her new home. 🌍

This wasn't a relocation, Cleopatra was purchased from an Australian breeder by her owner who lives in Israel, making this a very special and very well travelled first journey for this gorgeous girl! 🐾

A trip of this distance and complexity takes a truly dedicated team of people at every stop along the way and we couldn't have done it without ours. 💛

A huge thank you to the wonderful Amber & Jake at Airpets London who took exceptional care of Cleopatra during her comfort stop and transit through the UK 🇬🇧 — and to Ahava Cohen at Terminal4Pets Israel who managed all arrival requirements and made sure Cleopatra's entry into Tel Aviv was as smooth as possible. 🇮🇱

This is what it looks like when the right people work together for the right reasons and the result is a happy, healthy pet safely delivered into the arms of their new family. 🐾💛
