Groundwork gets overlooked so often, but honestly … it can be just as good as riding. Sometimes even more.

A lot of things that show up under saddle - start on the ground. So, when you take it back there, things slow down and become clearer.

It gives your horse space to think instead of react - and lets them learn without worrying about a rider.
