Hungry little silkie teenager boys in the grower pen.

1 x White cockerel and the black cockerel have found homes.

Would anyone else like a silkie cockerel…

I might even keep the buff one 🤪

A lot of people asked me about how to determine the gender of a Polish Chicken - disappointingly as chicks you cannot tell the difference without vent testing (almost impossible to do) or DNA testing (a bit costly).

You can see from this photo they are around 6 to 8 weeks old. The boys start to develop little red wattles and the girls don’t.
Never trust a crest because as you can see here the boy has the perfect pom-pom and the girl has a bit of a mohawk.

With a heavy heart I’m needing to reduce a few chickens - would really prefer for them to go together (200) but open to separating to loving homes.

FOUND A HOME 1 year old black with candycorn leakage Polish hen. Pet quality as she never developed the full Pom Pom crest her siblings did. A shy 🙈personality. Lays a lot of big eggs! 50

7m old white crested black show quality 🤩Polish pullet. Just started laying. Very friendly and has been well handled. 120

1 year old super beautiful blue polish x silkie. I really don’t want to part with this unique beauty who lays a lot of eggs but I don’t have the coop space and I can’t keep her in my purebred coops 😞 70

Also have a bunch of 1 day -10 day old Polish chicks available unsexed 20 each

And the most stunning 7m old cuckoo Polish rooster who everyday I keep changing my mind and thinking I’ll keep him… but I can’t keep them all. He’s 0 to a loving home. Or can come with a candycorn frizzle hen (unrelated) for 80. Won’t part with her on her own at this stage.
