One of the best days in my career.
This 5 year old German Shepherd has not had the opportunity to be off a long line at home or out.
His only enrichment was one walk a week.
Here he is enjoying his first moments of freedom in his life.
This is why I advocate for dogs so strongly, so I can facilitate this kind of joy.

Besides meeting Sarah Fisher, this has to be a highlight of my career.
The gorgeous 5 year old German Shepherd has lived his life on a long line. Even at home he is always tethered.
He has been getting one walk a week on a long line and it was just causing him confusion and frustration.
So after over a year of advocating for this dear dog we finally got him off leash in a safe space.
He behaved so calmly, it was miraculous to watch.
Thank you Rachel Ratajczak for your dedication, patience and most of all love, to give this dog a small part of what he truly deserves.
