Hi everyone 👋
Just a quick update regarding grooming services and pricing.

I am now operating on a time-based grooming system, as grooming time can vary depending on coat condition, matting, behaviour, and handling needs.

• Small & medium dogs: $60 per hour
• Large dogs: $65 per hour

For booking clarity, dog sizes are listed in MoeGo, however pricing is still based on time required, not just size.

Please note:
• Prices shown reflect average coat condition
• Additional time or matting fees may apply if coats are matted or require extra work
• This allows me to groom safely, calmly, and comfortably for your pet

✨ I currently have appointments available next week, so feel free to book via MoeGo or message me if you’re unsure which service to select.

🌟 My operating hours are now 8.30-1pm (last dog booked at 1pm) Mon - Fri if these hours dont work for you I can open a slot on a Saturday so please text me about this.

Just a reminder that grooming prices are now charged per hour at $60. When booking online, services are listed under four categories — please select the most suitable one and then proceed to choose your date and time.

Please also note that our business hours have changed and are now Monday to Friday, 8:30am–1:00pm.

Hi everyone,

For future bookings, from the 29th of December I’ll be moving
away from pricing based on dog size. Grooming time can vary greatly depending on coat condition, behaviour, and grooming requirements, so to keep things fair and consistent I’ll now be charging by the hour instead.

My hourly grooming rate will be $60 per hour, with time starting at the beginning of your pet’s appointment. This ensures each pet receives the time and care they need without rushing or compromising on quality.

I appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions about how this works or would like an estimate for your pet, please feel free to reach out.

Hi everyone,

As we head into the busy season, we are currently fully booked. If you don’t have an appointment, please text me on 0433 527 985 and I will do my best to help or add you to the cancellation waitlist.
I also want to share an important update. Due to an ongoing shoulder injury and Connor starting a new job next year, I have to reduce my workload. At the moment I’m unable to physically lift heavier dogs or groom pets that require two people. This means I am unable to take on larger dogs or pets that need a second person until I recover. If Connor’s schedule becomes available, I may be able to accommodate them, but this will be inconsistent until we know more next year. Please feel free to text me and I’ll see what I can arrange.

Matting:�When booking through the MoeGo portal, please let me know if your pet is matted so I can allocate a longer appointment. A matting fee will apply, as dematting is time-consuming and requires extra care to ensure your pet’s comfort.

Pricing:�The prices listed on MoeGo are starting prices and may vary based on coat condition. If pets are not groomed regularly on a 4–6 week schedule, appointments will take longer and cost more. For example, if your pet is on a 6-week schedule but I don’t see them until 8+ weeks, the price will not remain the same.�Prices for longer clips (such as teddy bear cuts requiring comb attachments and extra sc******ng) will be added to MoeGo next year.

Texts & Calls:�As I work with live animals, I may not be able to respond immediately. I also do not reply to messages after 5pm, as I need to maintain normal working hours for my busy household and my four kids. Please allow 2–3 days for a response, though I will always try to get back to you as soon as I can.

Just a heads up to keep our furry friends safe and if your dogs show symptoms below please seek a veterinarian and isolate them and dont bring them in for a groom. We try each day to do a clean but due to the weather and wind, we have pups coming in super muddy so we are trying our best to keep works stations clean and dry. We have thankfully have no cases in the salon but below are symptoms if your pet as crossed path with the dog park.

Symptoms to watch out for:

Lethargy: Dogs may appear tired, weak, and disinterested in playing.

Loss of Appetite: Sudden disinterest in food is a common early sign.

Vomiting: Vomiting can be a prominent symptom, and it may be accompanied by blood.

Diarrhea: Severe diarrhea, potentially with blood, is a hallmark of parvovirus.

Abdominal Pain and Bloating: Dogs may show signs of discomfort when their abdomen is touched.

Changes in Body Temperature: A fever or a lower-than-normal temperature can occur.
