Safety reminders UPDATED
- All horses to be fully up to date vaccinated against Hendra, Tetnaus and Strangles
- Horses are to be caught, haltered and ready to go by the appointment time
- All dogs must be safely secured or put away
- Toddlers and small children are not to be wandering around the horse during the job. I can’t safely watch out for myself and your child

Price List 1st of July 2023 and Safety Reminders

- Set up trim ponies to standards $80
- Set up trim heavy horses $100
- Set up trim Clydesdale or Shire $140

- Maintenance trim ponies to standards $60
- Maintenance trim heavy horses $80
- Maintenance trim Clydesdale or Shire $120

- If paying by bank transfer, payment before the first trim for new clients is required 

- Travel fee of $20 for all clients over 30km away from my start location / home
- Late cancellation fee $20
(This fee applies for cancellations after 3pm the day before. This fee will be waived for emergency cancellations)
- If I have arrived at the job and for some reason we are unable to trim a horse this will also incur a $20 fee (on top of travel if applicable)
(Example: Horse is unsafe to trim, horse can’t be caught by owner or person present etc.)

First trim on this young man! I think he was quite curious but had lovely manners thanks to his wonderful owner who has spent many hours over the past month picking his hooves up every day to prepare him for a trim. Regular repetition of a task is a very important tool in training horses and helps to make my job easier and safer.
