UPDATE ..Orders : Nov and Dec orders are now due ,
Orders placed and required within a timeframe of 4 weeks or less may incur rush fees.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: ORDERING/PAYMENT
To all customers,
Please be aware, as soon as you receive your invoices, please pay them by the DUE DATE otherwise your order will slip to the back of the queue and others who have paid (who may not need theirs as urgently) will go ahead of yours.
If this happens, I cannot guarantee your order will arrive in time or even be completed and this will leave you without garlands/sashes for your event.
I DO NOT start any orders without PAYMENT being made. I have fallen into this situation before, and I will not start orders until they are paid for.
As much as I hate to be pushy, when you order items that require printing or plaques and rosettes, or specialty flowers/hard to source colours (that may need to come from overseas or Interstate )
I have to allow my suppliers ample time to fit the orders in and PAY those businesses before they begin work or post to me.
With regards to posting, Australia Post can still take long periods of time with some packages/mail as we are approaching the busy /festive postal season.
I ask you to please ensure that you get your orders in as early as possible( even pre book your events order . so that I can follow it up if I have not received your confirmed order by the date I would need to start it)
And Please PAY ON TIME so that I do not have to rush to finish an order in a short amount of time and risk your order not arriving in time for your event.
