Slight interruption to normal programming here at The Horse’s Heartbeat🤪.

From me being perfectly fine on Monday…to an early hours run to emergency on Tuesday morning…to surgery completed by late Tuesday afternoon…to being grateful to be back home to all my precious ones today💜🩷💜.

I’m so incredibly grateful for amazing doctors, medical staff, surgeons and family, employees and friends…..and for wonderful clients who understand when something like this happens.

Thanks to everyone for your patience as I get back up to full speed. Won’t be long☺️!!

At The Horse's Heartbeat, I offer Equine Assisted Therapy, Somatic Therapy and Counselling in a gentle, trauma-informed environment alongside horses and nature.

Support is available for people experiencing:

Sessions are unhurried and tailored to your individual needs. You don't need any experience with horses, and there is never any pressure to interact with them in any particular way.

A free 40 minute video, ‘Finding Calm in the Chaos’, to explain why we might be feeling overwhelmed/anxious/overwhelmed and some simple, practical, use-them-now tools to help us feel a bit calmer. Free - no catches💕. Watch it whenever you need it. It comes with a downloadable Companion Guide so you’ve got the tools on hand to use whenever you need.
