🚨Festival Reminders!🚨
A few tips to help things run smoothly ...
💙 If you're competing in arenas 12, 13 or 14, and you are coming from the stables, please DO NOT ride on the road or through the front stable gates. Go through the back gates near the pond and follow the dirt track.
💚 Riders in arenas 7, 8, 9, and 10 - please either slow down as you pass the judges or call out your bridle numbers! Our wonderful pencillers do not have binoculars. You need to ride past BOTH judges so they can make sure they have the right horse.
💙 Extra shavings can be bought on Nominate- show the lovely Nick your receipt to collect them!
💚 If you're bumping out, please make sure you clean your stable to get your bond back - unless you want to donate your $50 to Stable Manager Nick!
💙 If you are leaving your stable and coming back, make sure Nick locks your stable when you leave - otherwise we are charged for it even if you're not here!
💚 We have had a few horses escaping from the stables! Please make sure the door is latched and wrap a lead rope around for extra security, especially if your horse is prone to scratching or banging the door!
💙 We still don't have enough volunteers! We will either have to cancel tests or start allocating volunteers from the entry list, especially for next Saturday, so PLEASE come down the event square if you can help!
💚 Make sure you pop down and visit our trade village! Many of the traders are sponsors and we could not do this without them!
💙 Don't forget the Festival party next Saturday 20th June! Right after presos!
