It really saddens be that I need to make this post as it isn’t something I want to do, however, in light of recent events I am having to set some boundaries regarding dogs being left at the shop.

I am aware that unforeseen circumstances occur and I can allow for those, but if you are intending to leave your dog with me in the shop for more than 30 minutes on either side of their allotted drop off and pick up time, without prior communication, I will be charging a dog sitting fee. For dogs that are here outside of the 30 minutes, I’ll be charging $30 per hour at a minimum hourly charge.

I am extremely busy during the day and the times I have allocated these dogs are met to the best of my ability, but if I’m having to look after dogs the entire day on top of that it pushes back other appointments and also causes inconveniences for other customers who are here on time.

Please feel free to reach out should you have any questions.
