As some of you may have noticed, CDBK is currently dealing with a dispute between a customer. This individual is leaving damaging reviews on our google profile under names we do not have record of in our system in addition to their initial review. We are attempting to handle this in a most comfortable way and we ensure our services are not compromised in any way. You will continue to recieve above and beyond care here at CDBK in accordance with our previous 5-star reviews and satisfied customers.
As per a conversation this individual had with Lars, they inquired about our record keeping but did not commincate their direct concern until taking to google reviews. This individual did not communicate any concerns they had on pick up of their dogs, nor did they comment when receiving regular video updates. This leaves us with limited ways to support them with their dissatisfaction.
In this particular instance, the weight of the dog was discussed on drop off and we established we would be feeding this dog extra during its stay. We followed this instruction and ensured both daily meals were being fully consumed.
We apologise for any concern this may have caused to our valued customers and we are taking steps to prevent a situation like this occurring in the future.
