Shortie - The Wellness Pony

Coffee with a difference ☕🐴

Sometimes a friendly face, a coffee and a good chat can make all the difference.

I’m proud to support our Central Coast community and shine a light on places where people can connect and feel welcome.

Know a local coffee shop I should pop into and meet people? Comment below 👇
And if you know a place that offers a welcoming space for connection and a chat, tag them so others can discover it too. 🤗

Thank you Kincumber Homewares for having me.

Supporting our local heroes… one cuddle at a time! 🐴❤️🤍💙

Today I popped down to the Central Coast 000 Charity Fundraising to show my support for our emergency services and everyone coming together to raise funds for charity.

I dressed for the occasion in red, white and blue, met some lovely humans and helped with a little lawn maintenance between photos. Someone had to do it! 🌱😆

A big thank you to the organisers, volunteers and teams who made today happen—and to the people who do so much to keep our community safe. It was lovely to spend a little time with you. ❤️

Love, Shortie 🐴

More love for (one of) our favourite customers - Shortie. 💗💜
Here we find out that Shortie and Central Coast Branches of Bendigo Bank have a lot in common!

Yes, Shortie opened an account with us! And you can support him by visiting any of our branches and letting the staff know you'd like to make a contribution to his account.

Plus, we're working on something very exciting with Shortie for our community. Stay tuned for all the details! 💗💜

The other week we were lucky enough to present / Shortie - The Wellness Pony with his own debit card while he was interviewed on-air. 🐴💗

You might notice that we also strategically placed some "Bendigo coloured bows" on Shortie's mane, making sure he was representing our brand 100% 😉

We let Shortie do all the talking (and his handler Zoe), suffice to say, THIS is what community is all about!

I’ve rounded up my crew… we’re walking for wellness! 🐴💛👟 The walk is part of Mental Health Month.

Next Wednesday, I’m swapping my bedside visits for a waterfront stroll at the Rotary Wellness Walk! A morning of fresh air, friendly faces and community connection.

📅 Wednesday 21 October
⏰ 7am - 8.30am
📍 Gosford Waterfront

Join me and my crew as we support mental health awareness and spend a little time connecting with our wonderful community. Come for a walk, bring a friend and say hello — I’ll be the little bloke with four legs and an entourage! 😎🐴

A big thank you to Rotary Club of Gosford City for bringing everyone together, and to the businesses supporting and joining the morning:

Apparently ONE security guard wasn’t enough for a celebrity of my stature… so they sent THREE. 🐴🕶️😂

My team escorted me off my luxury transport (Mum calls it a float 🙄) and safely into the premises.

“Stand back, please! No flash photography! The pony has places to be!” 📸🚨

Please direct all enquiries to my management. Unless you’re holding a carrot—in which case, I’ll handle it personally. 🥕😂

Checking out the new premises at CoastFM 963 Central Coast today! 🐴🎙️

We had a lovely chat with Di Parkes about my adventures and the smiles I’m bringing to our community. 💛

Thank you, Di and the CoastFM 963 Central Coast team, for your support and for helping share my story. Loved being part of your day! 🤗
