📣 DUNGOG SHOWJUMP CLUB AGM 📣
It’s time for our Annual General Meeting! We’d love to see all our members and supporters there as we come together to reflect on the past year and discuss what’s ahead for the club.

ANOTHER FAB JUMP CLUB YESTERDAY.

and pack up in under 30mins!!! Amazing effort.

A few updates

1. AGM is upcoming. Date to be confirmed. We have some positions opening up that NEED filling so please PM and jump on board to help continue the clubs good work. More about this soon

2. New equipment is one the way!!! Some new jumps, sponsor gear and more are on their way from tbv.

3. We will have advanced first aid on site (like yesterday... thank you pete) moving forward for our riders peace of mind and reduced workload on the committee.

4. There are talks of us running some club competitions. STAY TUNED

5. Lastly thank you wayne for donating your time to build courses and help our local club

SET AND READY TO GO for tomorrow!

Gates Open: 7.30am
Course walk: 8am
First horse on course: 8.30am
Starting Height: 70cm

Important points:

1. If you fall off or hurt yourself throughout the day, you need to find one of our committee members to check you over before getting back on a horse

2. It is expected that you help throughout the day, particularly with pack down the course at the end of the day. Please stay behind to help us.

3. Marshall list i will post soon!!!

ALL OXERS MUST HAVE BREAKAWAYS ON THE BACK RAIL

4. Whiteboard order. Please first class be ready to get the day started.

What: Training day by Dungog Jump Club
When: 15th August
Where: Salt Ash Sports Grounds
Start: 8am course walk, first horse on course 830am

Dont forget the club needs some help with:
✅️ set up (friday 14th 3pm)
✅️ marshalling/rails
✅️ And pack down.

Please list your favoured job on your entries to help the club run sufficiently.

We will have advanced first aid on site moving forward so all rider are under the best care and supervision.

Stay tuned for reminders leading up to the next day.

Unfortunately last nights rain was the undoing of our event Saturday.... with the extra rain, we feel it will get chopped up very quickly, and dont want to ruin the surface for other users when its so wet.

All entries will be refunded. If we can do an event in July we will post it here.
