Moving this little red devil to greener pastures. Because while the jennys get fat over night on anything green this little man never stops moving and burns through calories faster than he can take them in. But really, he is absolutely adorable but can also be a real dick.

Our first foal for the season. Our beautiful girl Cheeky had her very last baby, a gorgeous little jack foal at 5am this morning. Our last foal to Malakai Zheveko before we sold him last year. Textbook foaling, she had him in the 7 minutes i went back inside to make a cup of t. Sneaky bitch, I’ve never once witnessed one of her foals exiting her body. And she wasn’t letting me see her last. Well done Cheeky girl. She has sure finished with a cracker of a foal. He’s adorable.

Shifting the babies, trying to sort 42 of them without getting crotch punched to the point of tears ( if you have calves you know) . It’s 0.2 degrees and yes I have pyjama pants around my neck because I don’t like scarves. But it’s 0.2 so. Unfortunately I also don’t like beanies.
