Over the past three months, Belle and I have been preparing for Ausgroom Sydney, a major event organised by the Pet Industry Association.

Preparing for a competition involves so much more than what happens in the ring. It means carefully selecting dogs, maintaining weekly grooming schedules, attending seminars and workshops, assessing different products, and investing in new equipment and tools.

Being competitive groomers means continuously investing in our professional development, expanding our knowledge, refining our skills, and striving to provide our clients with the very best possible service.

And all that hard work paid off! 🏆✨

It was also a true honour to work with one of Schonhardt Miniature Schnauzers. Thank you, Marelyne, for your generosity and for trusting me with such a gorgeous dog. There were moments when I doubted myself but I reminded myself that I couldn’t let you down. That blue ribbon was for you. 💙🏆
