Everyone loves a kitten. The tiny paws, the little faces, the instant awwww. We get it.

But what about the ones in between? Not tiny kittens anymore, not golden oldies. Just beautiful souls waiting for someone to see them.

Well, on 25 October, we’re rolling out the red carpet for THEM. 🎬🐾

Meet the stars who deserve their moment in the spotlight, 📸 Photos and detailed descriptions of each cat will be in the comments, so you can get to know our stars before the big day!

These cats don’t need to be the youngest in the room to steal your heart.

Sometimes, life isn’t about being first, being little or being the newest face on the block. It’s about being seen. It’s about the right person walking through the door at the right time and everything changing.

🐾 KITTEN UPDATE: 24 Days Old & Full of Fight! 🍼💪

Our sweet orphaned newborns are officially 24 days old today! It’s been an incredibly emotional journey, and we have some bittersweet news to share with our amazing Mulligan Meows family.

Sadly, we lost little Dwayne last Friday. Our hearts are broken, but we take comfort in knowing he was surrounded by so much love in his short time with us. Rest easy, little fighter. 🕊️❤️

These boys have truly had the toughest start to life. Born with no mum and immediately hitting a battle with cat flu, they had the odds stacked against them. But thanks to our incredible veterinary team and the overwhelming support from everyone here at Mulligan Meows, the remaining boys have officially pulled through!

Because they have proven to be so incredibly strong, we’ve named them after the ultimate strongmen:
🦁 Arnold
🦁 Sylvester
🐮 Moo Moo (Okay, maybe he's named after his adorable cow-print colors, but he’s just as tough!)

Right now, life is pretty sweet for the trio. It consists entirely of eating, sleeping, cuddles, snuggles, kisses, and... well, plenty of p*e and poo! 💩✨

Major Milestones This Week:
👀 Their eyes are wide open and bright!
🦷 Tiny little baby teeth are starting to pop through.
🥣 They tried their very first taste of kitten slurry this morning! Arnold and Sylvester absolutely loved it and got it all over their faces.

They are still enjoying their bottles, thriving more and more every day, and stealing our hearts with every single cuddle. Thank you all for being in their corner—we couldn't do this without the incredible donation from Little Beans Cat & Kitten Rescue.

🐾 BEAR UPDATE: LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCE FIVE DAYS CAN MAKE!🐾

Thanks to your incredible support, we have raised more than $485 offline, in addition to the donations received through Bear’s online fundraiser, to help cover most of his upcoming treatment.

After only five days in our care, Bear is already looking so much better. His nose is no longer bleeding, his eyes have cleared up beautifully, and he is finally receiving the care and nutrition he desperately needs.

Bear is still fighting a severe case of cat flu. He is receiving antibiotics and nutritious, high-quality kitten food to help him gain weight and strengthen his immune system.

Once he is healthy enough, your donations will help cover his:

🐾 Vaccinations

This is Bear before he was rescued. 🧡

Bear came into our care last night and had his first vet visit today. He has a long road ahead of him before his glow up, but he’s finally getting the care he needs.

We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has already donated and has been following Bear’s journey.

From today’s vet visit, we learned that Bear is:

• Severely malnourished
• Had a massive flea infestation
• Has severe cat flu

For now, Bear is in isolation while we treat his cat flu and give his body time to recover.

Once he’s well enough, he will also need:
• Dental work
• Desexing, microchipping and vaccination
• Bloodwork

Over the next few weeks, Bear will be getting plenty of TLC and nutritious, high-quality food to help him regain his strength and start his glow up.

Despite everything he has been through, Bear is eating and settling into our care. Now we just need to give him time to heal.

We are so devastated by the sudden passing of our beloved rescue colony cat, George. 💔

George had finished all of his vet work and was ready to go into foster care or finally find his forever home. Sadly, he suffered a suspected cardiac arrest and suddenly passed away on Monday.

We’ve been grieving him all week. His death was such a shock and we are absolutely heartbroken.

George was such a gentle, chill boy who was only just starting to learn what it felt like to have a warm, soft and safe place to sleep. He deserved to have so much more time.

RIP George, you sweet baby. We hope your last few weeks were comfortable, warm and safe, and that you knew how loved you were.

We are so sorry you didn’t get to make it to your forever home. ❤❤️ 🌈

We are facing an emergency and urgently need to source an ICU incubator for four fragile, newborn kittens.
They were discovered this morning in a back garden at just approximately 24 hours old. Tragically, their mother did not survive, leaving these four tiny babies completely orphaned and vulnerable.
At this critical stage, newborn kittens cannot regulate their own body temperature. Without their mother to keep them warm, their survival depends entirely on precise, reliable external heat. A veterinary-grade incubator is their absolute best chance at making it through these pivotal first weeks.

Please Adopt Little Miss!

Little Miss is an exquisitely gentle cat who has mastered the art of affection. At first, she may come across as a tad shy when introduced to new faces, but give her a moment to settle in, and she transforms into a snugly companion like no other. Each encounter reveals more of her tender personality, and once trust is established, it becomes clear that Little Miss has a lot of love to give. Her evenings are often spent making herself comfy, either wedged snugly between your legs or commandeering your pillow.

Little Miss integrates beautifully with other cats, delighting in their company and playful exchanges. She's also content being an independent kitty, utilizing her scratching post to stay entertained or basking in a sunbeam, savoring those quiet, serene moments. Though she was born with an umbilical hernia, it has been expertly repaired, and she's experienced no health issues since.

This sweet girl seeks a patient, loving environment where she can quietly bloom. With a bit of time and understanding, Little Miss is ready to reward her new family with ample companionship, heartwarming affection, and many cozy nights together. Little Miss is ready to find a place where she can share her love and shine.
