Midori is a beautiful one-year-old DSH who is looking for her forever home!

Midori can be quite shy at first, so she would thrive in a patient and understanding home, where her owners will give her time to settle in and feel safe. Once she warms up to you, she becomes quite affectionate! Her sweet nature really shines through. She loves rubbing up against her people for cuddles, and she is genuinely such a sweetheart. Earning her trust takes time, but it is well worth the effort.

Midori has lived with other cats, but can be wary and nervous around them, so she would be best suited as an only cat or with a calm and friendly cat for companionship.

Her ideal home would be a quiet household with adopters who understand that trust takes time and are happy to let her settle at her own pace. She may not be the first cat to greet you at the door, but for the right person, helping Midori come out of her shell will be incredibly rewarding.

🚨 Tiny mouths. Big appetites. No food🚨

We’re completely out of puppy food and could really use some help feeding our growing gang of gremlins.

Wet food, dry food, full bags, half bags, forgotten bags lurking in the back of the cupboard - we’d love it!

FOSTER CARER NEEDED FOR MIKA 🐱

Mika is a sweet girl who has come a long way since being rescued. She’s a little shy at first, but once she feels safe she’s incredibly affectionate, loves following her humans around, and enjoys a good cuddle and nap spot.

She’s currently living with another cat and is doing well, but would thrive in a calm, patient foster home where she can continue building her confidence.

Proof that size doesn’t matter - meet Snag 🌭

Snag may be small (and let’s be honest, a little chonky), but his personality and heart is much larger than his tummy.

This 11 year old sausage cross boy has landed himself in the pound and we need a foster carer to break him out.

Snag is dog friendly, great with humans and a very well mannered boy.

If you’re looking for a smaller, elderly dog to foster, please contact our team!

Vet care and essential supplies are provided by our rescue.

Help Us Save Bones 🖤

Bones is a big boy, but right now he’s carrying only about half the body weight he should be.

We had absolutely no intention of taking on another dog while focusing on our fundraising efforts. But the moment we saw Bones, everything changed.

It felt like fate because Bones is due to be euthanised next week, simply because he remains unclaimed. No behavioural concerns. No aggression. No reason other than having nobody come for him after spending 3 weeks in the pound.

It was love at first sight. Honestly, one of those dogs that just look into your soul.

Bones is a large-breed dog and at least 2 years old. Based on his age and where he came from, there is a very high likelihood that he is heartworm positive. If that is the case, he faces a long road of treatment and recovery, with significant veterinary costs ahead (our minimum quotes large breed dogs at the moment is $2000).

Despite everything he’s been through, Bones is a gentle soul. He is great with people and other dogs, and all he needs is a chance .

We’re urgently seeking:
🐾 Donations to help cover his veterinary care (vaccinations, desexing & heartworm treatment) and transport ✈️
🐾 A committed foster carer or foster-to-adopt home
🐾 Shares to help us reach the right person
