To all our valued clients- We hope you have all had a wonderful Christmas and have a wonderful New Year!!! 🥳🎄🩷
I was hoping to be doing lessons over the Christmas/new year period however sadly we all ended up sick so It was a forced break. We will resume lessons on Monday the 5th January! 🥳🥳🥳
Whilst in my very sickly state working the horses in training and general horse care was about all I could manage. So sadly I did not get to give you all the merry Christmas I had hoped to be able to; however I am truly grateful and honoured to be apart of all your journeys.
A long note of appreciation to finish 2025:
I spent decades being obsessed and tunnel visioned (some would say to a not normal degree 😂) learning all I could about this sport and these beautiful animals. Training 1000’s of horses, getting 1000’s of lessons, competing and participating in 1000’s of clinics/comps (i don’t think I realise at times how much time and effort over my life has gone into learning everything horse)… I was also lucky enough to have this passion and it be nourished and supported so I could grow in the sport and as a rider, trainer and coach. I still invest a large portion of time into learning more (you never stop learning) but I never thought it would enable me to be lucky enough to do a job everyday I adore which allows me to continue to work with these beautiful animals each day and so many wonderful people.
It’s hard work at times and certainly a lifestyle you and your family adopt which carries a huge amount of responsibility, it’s not a job you get to just close the door to and leave (plenty of times we are out there sick or injured, sometimes with tears, in the hot sun, rain or storms still having to get the necessary daily jobs done) but I would not change it for the world.
When I look back over the year so many beautiful moments come to mind; shared excitement, laughter, frustration, disappointments, confusion, happiness and growth through the many highs and lows (learning opportunities) I have got to be apart of and support you all through on your horse journey. I have seen so many of you improve out of sight, to think of the riders you were at the start of the year and to where you are now an all the milestones you have achieved WOW I am so proud!
Many of you have shown so much resilience, perseverance and patience.
I am so thankful and appreciate you all letting me be apart of your horse journey and allowing me to work doing what I love each day.
As a coach and trainer I hope to teach you all and work with your horses to the best of my abilities and continue to improve and grow my knowledge to be able to share with you and your horses.
I cannot wait to see you all kicking goals, ride the highs and lows with you all again in 2026 and I am sure much like this year we will look back again in reflection and be proud!
We have many goals in the new year for improvement of this place, more clinics/camps/comps and buckle series , more opportunities for riders coming for lessons and horses coming for training/breaking in and/or sales prep and continuing to be refining and improving the services and facilities we offer.
Thankyou all for letting me be your coach, your horse’s trainer or your clinician this year, I have learnt so much and enjoyed so many special and cherished moments with you all and your beautiful horses, give yourselves a pat on the back and your horses a big hug for me to finish this year off ❤️ cannot wait to see you all again in 2026 🥳🥳🥳
