Disclaimer - this is not our client’s negligence so please no hate, Pup was a rescue so we gave them a fresh start, from now on it’ll only be cute as grooms 🌼
For the love of dog - PLEASE brush your pups to save them for going through this, even though we understand life happens sometimes..
As groomers we get all sorts of cases - from beautiful and complex fancy styled grooms to full shave downs with tight surgical blades
Both, with or without behavioural issues on top require professionalism, precision and time
To avoid diappointment, we always try to discuss the outcome of the groom at check-in to make sure you as clients are happy, us as groomers can provide and deliver the desired results and your dog is happy (and safe) during the groom with minimal discomfort
We would love to go the extra mile when possible, but sometimes we must choose humanity over vanity
If it means a shave down to start fresh because your dog’s beautiful locks are too far gone
Some groomers prefer shaving a dog down because it’s easy, but we are not into that 😅
We’re happy to work with you and provide the support and guidance needed to help you get the results you are after,but this will require teamwork.
If no maintenance is done at home we will not be able to achieve certain looks.
So please, please please brush your dogs properly!
