Snip Dogg policies 🐾🐶

Please keep in mind I am a cage free dog grooming salon! The pups I groom may be scared of other dogs and require a one on one calm environment, so the drop off/ pick up policy is important as I need to move on to my next pup for the day and can’t have another pup in the salon.

Drop off : Please be on time for pick up/ drop off my grace period is 15 minutes for drop off if you are more then 15 minutes late I will have to cancel the groom.
Pick up: If your dog is finished earlier than expected will send you a courtesy message but you are not required to collect your dog until the originally scheduled completion time. This schedule will vary depending on what service I am providing. You can find the time frame on the booking system and I will let you know at the start of the groom! If you are more than 15 minutes late to pick up there will be $15 late fee.
No-shows: A 50% No-show fee will be added to your next appointment. This 50% is based on the price of your missed appointment.

This is my pup, her name is bear 🐻 she’s a little terror.
My mum wanted a small dog as we already have 2 greyhounds and i finally convinced her by saying I need a dog to practice my grooming skills on.😊 As you can tell by the second photo I haven’t had time to groom her (Sorry mum) but now she is looking smart with her new hair cut! Don’t be surprised if you see her running around with some crazy hair styles, she is my practice model.

Big transformation! As you could probably tell by Ollie’s tongue poking out in almost every photo I had to bribe him with treats… he’s not a fan of photos. 😄🩷
