💕 MEET MADGE – OUR QUIRKY LITTLE CHARACTER! 💕

🎂 Happy 9th Birthday, Madge! 🎉

Age: 9 years young TODAY! 🥳

Nine years young and still bursting with enthusiasm for life!

If you’re looking for a greyhound with personality, affection and a few hilarious habits, then Madge might just be your girl! 🥰

Madge is one of those girls who wakes up every morning absolutely thrilled about life! She’s full of enthusiasm, loves her adventures and certainly knows how to keep her foster mum entertained.

💕 A Little Bit About Madge…

Madge is a very affectionate girl who loves giving kisses and plenty of licks! She even gets so excited sometimes that her whole body vibrates with happiness. ❤️

She’s also quite the little chatterbox! Madge makes the funniest chattering noises, especially when she’s excited.

🐾 Madge’s Favourite Things

📚 Reading: Madge considers herself quite the bookworm, although she occasionally prefers chewing the pages rather than reading them!

🧸 Interior decorating: Madge loves making herself a cosy toy bed. She also has a rather amusing habit of collecting her foster mum’s belongings and taking them back to her bed. She doesn’t destroy them — she just likes having her own little collection!

🐦 Birdwatching: Well… sort of! Madge loves investigating bushes to see what feathered friends might be hiding inside. Unfortunately, her enthusiasm sometimes turns into chasing, so she’ll need a home where birds and other small animals can be kept safely separate.

🚶‍♀️ Walkies: Madge absolutely LOVES her walks! She’s not one to spend ages sniffing every blade of grass. She’s got places to go and adventures to enjoy! She’s also lovely on the lead, with very little pulling.

💨 And one little warning… Madge can be a rather talented wind machine! Let’s just say she’s not always the most ladylike greyhound in the room! 😂

🏡 Madge’s Perfect Home

Madge is a happy, enthusiastic girl with so much affection to give.

🐾 Doggy companions: Madge could happily be an only dog, soaking up all the attention, or share her home with another medium to large dog.

🐕 Small dogs: Madge is still learning her manners around smaller dogs, so a home without small canine companions would be preferable.

👧 Children: Madge is good with children aged 5 years and older, making her a potential companion for a family with kids.

❤️ Patience and understanding: Madge will need a family who understands that settling into a new home and meeting new people takes time. Patient, positive socialisation will help her continue building her confidence.

A family who enjoys regular walks, appreciates a quirky personality and doesn’t mind sharing their belongings with a four-legged collector would be wonderful!

Looking for a sweet, calm and easygoing companion? Our beautiful Flame might just be the girl you’ve been waiting for! 💕

At 8 years young, Flame has taken to retirement beautifully and is enjoying all the wonderful things that come with home life.

Flame is a gentle, independent lady who likes to get to know you before showing her affectionate side. She’s not one to demand constant attention, but once you’ve earned her trust, her loving personality begins to shine through. 💗

And don’t let her calm nature fool you — this girl has a playful side!

🧸 Toys are a favourite! Especially her beloved caterpillar and, rather amusingly, the household doorstops! 😂

🐾 Walkies are wonderful! Flame loves her morning stroll and walks beautifully on lead. Once she’s had her daily adventure, she’s more than happy to spend the rest of the day snoozing.

🏡 A wonderful house guest! Flame has settled into home life exceptionally well. She sleeps peacefully through the night and is comfortable being left home alone during full-time working hours.

🍽️ Good manners! She’s well behaved around family mealtimes. Occasionally she’ll try her luck, but she responds beautifully to gentle redirection.

👧 Children? Flame has spent time with children aged 5–7 without any issues. As with all dogs, she appreciates children who understand and respect her space.

💕 The perfect balance of companionship and independence.

Flame doesn’t need constant fuss or entertainment. She’s simply happy enjoying a comfortable home, her favourite toys, a lovely walk and the company of people who understand her gentle nature.

Her foster family describes her as an absolute pleasure to have in their home, and they really cannot fault her!

At 8 years young, Flame has so much love and companionship to offer. She just needs a family willing to give her the time and space to build that special bond.

This beautiful boy graduated 🎓and was adopted 💗 today!

He even sits perfectly! Lives with his cat buddies and is happy as he can be.

💙 MEET LARRY — STILL LOOKING FOR HIS FOREVER HOME 💙

How could you resist that smile?! 😍

Larry is 4 years old, has three legs, one enormous personality and a whole lot of love to give. 🐾💙

Larry has been a tripod for a few years now and gets around really well. He might only have three legs, but nobody seems to have told Larry that he’s supposed to slow down! 😂

He’s a gorgeous, happy boy who loves his toys, cuddles and spending time with his humans. He’s not particularly interested in going for walks, but give him some toys to play with and chase around at home and he’s very happy.

🏡 Larry’s ideal home:

* No stairs
* Carpet or rugs to help give him good grip
* No really young children, as Larry can occasionally be a little clumsy on his three legs
* He can happily live as an only dog, or could share his home with a greyhound friend
* He’s also quite content being home alone while his humans are at work

Larry has never raced and is simply looking for the right family to give him the comfortable, loving home he deserves.

His three legs are just one small part of who he is. What you’ll really notice is that big grin, cheeky face and beautiful personality. 💙
