We competed in herding and agility for several years on a state and national circuit and know the importance of a well-tempered, trainable, sound and versatile dog with an eagerness to please. A friendly and willing disposition, trainable and agile dog with natural instinct to work and please in most chosen disciplines, that is sound and well conformed is of up-most importance to us. We sometimes have puppies available with all parents DNA tested for a full breed profile including CL, CEA. Our dogs have wonderful temperaments, great with children are used to tractors, horses and farm life in general. We believe our pups will excel in obedience, agility, fly-ball or simply your next forever family member.

🐾 RAISING A BORDER COLLIE PUPPY? THIS ONE’S FOR YOU! 🐾

Border Collies are incredibly clever, energetic and rewarding companions, but raising one isn’t always straightforward!

From puppy biting and overstimulation to socialisation, fear periods, exercise, nutrition and navigating adolescence, there’s a lot to learn along the way.

Our next Puppy Fundamentals Master Class is coming up on Sunday 29 November, and bookings are open!

Unlike traditional puppy preschool, this three-hour seminar is specifically designed around the Border Collie breed, bringing together qualified professionals and experienced breed enthusiasts to help owners understand their puppies and prepare for the challenges ahead.

🐶 What will we cover?

🩺 Health & Nutrition – With veterinarian Dr Veronica Bhakti, covering growth, joint development, exercise, nutrition and general health.

🧠 Behaviour & Training – With Megan Molloy from Canine Interaction, exploring how puppies learn, socialisation, fear periods, positive training methods and common behavioural challenges.

🛁 Grooming & Coat Care – Practical advice and demonstrations from experienced Border Collie owners on maintaining their coats and developing good grooming habits.

🏆 Activities & Dog Sports – Discover the many ways to keep your Border Collie’s clever mind and active body engaged as they grow.

You don’t even need to have your puppy yet! Whether you’re preparing to welcome a Border Collie into your family, currently navigating puppyhood or heading towards those sometimes challenging teenage months, there’s something valuable to take away.

Puppies aged 3–12 months are welcome to attend, and families are encouraged to come along and learn together.
