We have done nothing today. There was no morning walk, no games, no activity. Literally nothing.
I came in, and asked if anyone wanted to do some training. The silence was deafening 😂

The ability to do nothing is THE MOST valuable skill your dog can ever learn.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I think I'll get involved with this nap action 🤷🏼‍♀️😴

Teaching Aya that she's got back legs 😂

Or the fancy word for it: proprioception.

Despite having 4 legs, dogs don't normally pay any attention to what goes on behind their shoulders. So we have to teach them that their back legs exist, and how to move them independently.

Something fun, but also super useful for future skills, and very important if we are wanting to build a dog with a resistance to injury 😝
Knowing where your feet are generally ensures you don't miss where you are trying to put them 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

This is your reminder to teach your resource guarders to take high value items to their beds.

Remove the risk of conflict by creating space. Get them out of the way, into a low traffic area, so they can enjoy their resources in peace.

And my favourite thing is giving the dog the power to do that by themselves 🤩
