*ANNOUNCEMENT*
*Updated Rules & Regulations Effective November 21, 2025*
To keep the quality of our work consistent and to respect everyone’s time, please be guided by the updated policies below:
*Lates & Cancellations*
• 20 minutes late – 50 pesos fee
• 30 minutes late – automatic cancellation with a 150 pesos charge (regardless of the reason). Even if you come in 30mins late, either we will cancel the appointment, or work out on your nails but with plain or easy design. This compromises the quality of my work.
• Please avoid arriving too early. Coming on time or within a 15-minute grace period is appreciated.
These policies ensure fairness for clients who arrive on time. Recently, schedules have been affected due to late arrivals, which also impacts the quality of the service.
*Removal Policy*
• 99 pesos fixed removal fee (my work or others’ work)
• Please inform us ahead of time if you have existing nails so we can adjust the schedule accordingly.
*Additional Note*
My policies are also beneficial for you, as I do not require down payments to secure your slot. *All I ask is commitment and for you to follow your reserved time. You may move your appointment 24 hours prior—not the night before and not 5 hours before.*
